TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR THIS SERVICE
This marketing service is provided by Knowledge Probe Inc. (KPI), an Ontario, Canada corporation.
The service is currently provided to your organization at no cost.
The Shop Local Games only work with low-cost TelNames ™ websites (for reasons listed in our
FAQ).
All participating merchants must use a TelNames website which must be purchased through this service
($25/year D-I-Y; optionally a merchant can request our setup service for a one-time fee of $50).
Your organization will be responsible for ensuring that each merchant must adequately populate their TelNames website with content relevant to their business (see FAQ)
including a logo, an image gallery, coupon and enough content to make visiting the site worthwhile and attractive to consumers.
Remember, these sites act like advertisements for businesses, so the more information provided, the better the gameplay.
Your organization needs to provide suitable prizes to attract players.
Your organization should be able to start its Shop Local Games when enough merchants have registered, however you may
activate in test mode at anytime after a few have registrations.
Personally Identifiable Information (such as email addresses) will only be used for periodic communications related to this service.
KPI is responsible for providing a reasonable infrastructure to support this service but is not responsible for
your merchants or customers.
At this time, as we grow it, there is no additional cost to use
this service, however KPI reserves the right to introduce a reasonable management fee in the future.
Your organization may opt out of this service at any time, without further obligation or fees.
